Pure Heart Grain-Free products are made with nutrient-packed, pure

ingredients that taste delicious! Years ago, I battled Lyme disease and 

autoimmune dysfunction. In my struggle to find  "clean" food products 

to assist me on my healing journey, I took on the challenge of crafting my 

own recipes using minimal, whole-food ingredients. Today, I am sharing my family

recipes so you and your loved ones can easily enjoy quick, nutritious meals.
